Service Delivery
2.1 Session Format
- All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet
- Camera and microphone are required for optimal experience
- Sessions are interactive and hands-on
- PDF toolkits and resources provided upon request
2.2 Session Types and Pricing
We offer various session types with different durations and pricing:
- Quick AI Assistance: 30-minute focused sessions
- AI Strategy & Intro Sessions: 60-minute comprehensive consultations
- Build Together with AI: 90-minute hands-on implementation sessions
- Premium Sessions: Extended 60-90 minute specialized consultations

Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- Bookings are made through our website booking system
- Full payment is required upfront to confirm your session
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Session confirmations are sent via email
3.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy
- We do not offer partial payments or payment plans
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of payment
- No-shows forfeit the entire session fee
- Extreme circumstances may be considered for refunds at our discretion
4.2 Grace Period
- 30-minute sessions: 10-minute grace period maximum
- 60-90 minute sessions: 15-20 minute grace period
- After grace period, session is considered a no-show
- Late arrivals reduce session time accordingly
4.3 Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice
- One free reschedule per booking
- Additional reschedules may incur a $25 fee
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and booking information
- Test video conferencing connection before session
- Have camera and microphone ready
- Be prepared with questions and goals
- Respect session time limits
- Provide feedback for service improvement
Service Limitations
6.1 What We Don't Provide
- Finished products or deliverables
- Ongoing technical support beyond session scope
- Guaranteed outcomes or results
- Professional legal, financial, or medical advice
- Session recordings (we may record for service improvement with your consent)
6.2 Session Scope
- Sessions are educational and consultative
- We provide guidance, not implementation services
- Client is responsible for applying learned concepts
- Follow-up support is limited to 30 minutes and 7 days
Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
- We retain rights to our methodologies and materials
- Session content and materials are for client use only
- We may use anonymized feedback for marketing
7.2 Client Rights
- Clients own their projects and implementations
- Materials provided are for personal/business use
- Sharing of materials with others is not permitted

- Client success depends on their implementation and ongoing learning
- We are not responsible for third-party tool issues, outages, or policy changes
- AI recommendations should be verified and adapted to your specific use case
Dispute Resolution
- Contact us first to resolve any issues
- We aim to resolve disputes amicably
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation
- Legal action is a last resort
Force Majeure
