AI Consultation sessions start at $60 for 30 minutes, $90 for 45 minutes, $120 for an hour, and $180 for 90 minutes. Automation and web development projects are quoted based on your specific needs after an initial conversation. Everything is scoped and quoted before work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying.
You and I sit down for an hour and really get into your business: what's working, what's not, and where you're trying to go. You walk away with a clear action plan either way. And if you decide to move forward, that consultation fee gets rolled into your project.
Absolutely. Payment plans are available. I can work out a schedule that fits your budget. And most clients find that this isn't a one-and-done situation. Your business evolves, your tech needs evolve with it. I offer ongoing retainer plans so when you're ready to add, expand, or level up, you've already got someone who knows your setup inside and out.
Honestly? It depends entirely on the project. Some things I can turn around in a day. Others involve multiple rounds of feedback, revisions, and iteration that can stretch over weeks. A simple automation might take an afternoon. A full brand identity or custom web app could take a month or more. I'll always give you a realistic estimate upfront, but timelines shift when the work requires it. I'd rather get it right than rush it.
